Thanks to Social WiFi, the contact base increased by several hundred new addresses monthly during the holiday season.
In addition to increasing the email address base in real-time, Social WiFi also became an additional advertising space.
The expanded base enabled more effective marketing campaigns, increasing guest engagement.
Improved Online Reputation:
Thanks to Social WiFi's automated review system, the number of positive reviews on Google significantly increased, improving the hotel's visibility in search engines and strengthening its image.
Between June and September 2024, the facility received over 150 five-star reviews thanks to the review system.
New Advertising Space:
Social WiFi became an additional marketing communication channel, allowing the promotion of current offers and services directly among guests who logged into the WiFi network through the captive portal.
The Social WiFi welcome page, displayed to every guest logging into the WiFi network, became a space for posting dedicated offers, information about the facility, attractions in the area, and current promotions. Since May 2024, it has been viewed by over 4,500 users.
The effectiveness of implementing Social WiFi was also appreciated by the Revenue Manager of Zamek Łeba Hotel, as evidenced by his statement:
