What is the contract length?
There is no long-term contract with Social WiFi. Our services are renewed on a monthly basis, so you can cancel at any time with a month notice.
What if I am not happy with the service?
We give you a 14-day free trial so that you can see everything working and decide on whether to pay for the service. Because there is no contract duration with us, you're safe in the knowledge that you can cancel at any time with just a months’ notice.
Will this work in my country and what is the cost?
Social WiFi will work in any country in the world. If you’re outside of the currency zones listed above, get in touch and we will provide you pricing for your region. We're able to take payments in most currencies, so there is no worry about exchange rates on your side.
Do I need to buy extra equipment?
We would hope not. Social WiFi integrates with many of the leading WiFi hardware manufacturers. You can check out our supported devices page to see the list. If you’re unsure whether your equipment is compatible, get in touch and our team will advise further.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by Bank/Credit Card or bank transfer.
Can I manage more than one location from my account?
Yes, we have a portal that gives you visibility of all the locations in your business that have Social WiFi. If your business has more than 15 locations, get in touch with us and we will provide you enterprise pricing.
Am I a small business?
We class a small business as something like a bar, restaurant, retail store or of similar size. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll work out the right price for you.
Do these prices include VAT?
All pricing is ex VAT. If you pay VAT in your territory, it will be added to your invoice at the relevant rate.
