Is there a minimum amount of time that I need to commit for?
No. Social WiFi services work on a month to month basis and you can cancel our services at any time with 30 days of notice.
What if I am not happy with the service?
Because of the lack of a long term contract, you are able to cancel at any time with 30 days of notice. If during you’re first month, you’re not happy, we will refund your money, so you really have nothing to lose by trying Social WiFi.
Will this work in my country and what is the cost?
Social WiFi will work in any country in the world. If you’re outside of
the currency zones
listed above, get in touch and we will provide you pricing for your region, but the
transaction will take place
in one of the above currencies. Your bank will convert at the prevailing rate.
Do I need to buy extra equipment?
We would hope not. Social WiFi integrates with many of the leading WiFi hardware manufacturers. You can check out our supported devices page to see the list. If you’re unsure whether your equipment is compatible, get in touch and our team will advise further.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by Bank/Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Can I manage more than one location from my account?
Yes, we have a portal that gives you visibility of all the locations
in your business that
have Social WiFi. If your business has more than 15 locations, get in touch with us
and we will provide you our
Am I a small business?
Generally, if you’re not a hotel or a large space venue such as a
shopping mall or stadium,
you will qualify for our Small Business package. If you are unsure, get in touch
with your details and we will
let you know which package is best for you.
Do these prices include VAT?
All pricing is ex VAT. If you pay VAT in your territory, it will
be added to your invoice at
the relevant rate.
