Social WiFi, as a straightforward WiFi marketing platform, layers easy data capture and automation on top of existing WiFi networks, turning everyday logins into opportunities for marketing. For Urban Baristas, the integration was extremely hassle-free. Their 12 locations were already equipped with MikroTik routers, solid, cost-effective hardware, that's common in hospitality setups. No need for extra access points or major overhauls. Social WiFi worked right out of the gate, compatible with the hardware they had after a simple script run on the MikroTik router.

Elysia and her team made it a key part of the franchise playbook. "We include Social WiFi in our setup requirements for new franchisees," she explains. "It's not about adding another complex system to use, it's about giving them tools that pay off from day one."

Once live, customers connect to the WiFi via a branded splash page, opting in with an email or social login. From there, it's automated: welcome messages with exclusive offers or invites to special events. And because it's all GDPR compliant, there are no data protection concerns.
