How HUSHH Dubai Turned Guest WiFi into 4,750+ CRM Records and 85 Five-Star Google Reviews

HUSHH wanted to know more about the people walking through its doors. Using Social WiFi on its existing UniFi network, the Dubai venue built a steady flow of first-party guest data and turned happy visitors into public reviews.

The solution: guest WiFi marketing on UniFi

Social WiFi integrates natively with Ubiquiti UniFi, so the seven access points stayed exactly where they were. The UniFi controller sends guests to a HUSHH-branded Social WiFi login page. Once they sign in, they're online, and their details become a guest record.

Connect. Guests join the HUSHH network and log in through the branded portal.
Capture. Each login is sent to the HUSHH CRM, where it joins data from the loyalty programme, online bookings and the website.
Follow up. After their visit, every guest receives an automated email asking for an online review. Positive responses go straight to the HUSHH Google review page.

The result is a single view of each guest, whether they first met HUSHH through a booking, a loyalty sign-up or a WiFi login.

The results

4,750+ guest records in 17 months

Between May 2025 and October 2026, HUSHH captured over 4,750 lines of customer data through guest WiFi. New records arrived every day, giving marketing a larger and more complete audience to work with.

A 33% open rate on review requests

HUSHH sent a review request for every guest record captured, more than 4,750 emails in total. Over a third of them were opened.

85 five-star reviews on Google

6% of guests who opened a request left a positive review. That figure looks small, but for online review requests it is a strong result, because most guests never leave a review at all. It added 85 five-star reviews to the HUSHH Google profile, where new customers decide where to spend their evening.

No outages, 100% uptime

The network has not gone down once since go-live. That comes from the Social WiFi integration with UniFi and from HUSHH's IT team, who built a reliable UniFi infrastructure and monitor it continuously.
