Rafał Brzoska, president of Integer.pl Group and the holder of the parcel machine network InPost, has taken over 27,54% of Social WiFi shares. Social WiFi allows owners of various establishments to identify and interact with their guests, for example by using real-time marketing of special offers, mailing, customer surveys and conducting polls based on a star rating system.
There are currently over 300,000 Social WiFi users on 4 markets (Poland, Germany, USA, Saudi Arabia), i.a. Sphinx restaurant network – one of the largest casual dining chains in Europe. The tool is directed to the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés), retail (stores and shopping malls) as well as universities and cities. Additionally, Social WiFi is perfect for event or conference organisers.
Within the framework of this cooperation, the distribution, both in Poland and abroad, will be reinforced, along with further intensification of research and development. The creators of Social WiFi are working on introducing an innovation aiming at changing the WiFi market on a global scale.
According to the report by ORC Rynek Opinia Research Institute over 75% respondants claim that wireless internet is, apart from coffee, the most vital attribute of a good coffeehouse chain. In a survey conducted by TripAdvisor, 89% of people admitted that free WiFi is the most important amenities in a hotel.
It is my private investment in the team and the business which offers services that satiate real needs of various businessmen, supports e-commerce and has potential to develop abroad, says Rafał Brzoska.
I admit that Rafał has always been the dream investor for me, a man with an open mind, ambition and professional knowledge. Cooperating with him will speed up the development of our WiFi business even more, says Artur Racicki, president of Social WiFi.
