You will be working U.S. hours from our office in Warsaw and speaking with prospects in North and South America alongside our sales and technical support team.
About the job
We will give you full training on how to manage our existing clients and ensure that client churn (cancellations) is kept as low as possible. In fact, you will receive bonus based on how low you can keep this number.
There is no sales responsibility, just a sole focus of ensuring that our clients are happy.
You must speak English to a high standard.
In a nutshell:
- Salary – Up to 5,000zł per month (Gross/Brutto)
- Bonus – On target of 500zł per month, increasing based on your successy
